At Axis, we're passionate about helping people recover, thrive and return to what matters most. As a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll deliver evidence-based injury management, rehabilitation and prevention services that create lasting outcomes for individuals, employers and insurers.

Combining your clinical expertise with a proactive approach to early intervention, you'll play a key role in improving recovery, workplace participation and overall wellbeing.

Working with some of Australia's largest organisations, you'll help shape positive recovery journeys and influence workplace health outcomes at scale. Supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload and deliver high-quality workplace rehabilitation services
• Conduct Worksite Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Vocational Assessments and Return to Work services
• Identify barriers to recovery and develop practical strategies to support positive return-to-work outcomes
• Build trusted relationships through confident communication and a solutions-focused approach
• Work across physical and psychological injury cases, applying evidence-based rehabilitation principles
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on quality, outcomes and continuous improvement

About You

• Current General Registration with AHPRA and a tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Psychology
• Minimum 12 months' experience as a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant within Queensland
• Professional Indemnity Insurance and Full Australian working rights
