About the Opportunity

Our psychologists work across a diverse range of organisations and industries, partnering with employees, managers and workplace leaders to create mentally healthy workplaces.

This is not a traditional clinic-based role. Instead, you'll spend time onsite in workplaces and tele health - building relationships, conducting proactive wellbeing check-ins, facilitating workshops and providing early psychological support before issues escalate.

Our psychologists combine clinical expertise with practical, solution-focused strategies to create meaningful outcomes for both employees and organisations.

Opportunities May Include:

• Delivering short-term, solution-focused psychological support and mental health coaching
• Conducting proactive wellbeing check-ins with employees
• Supporting individuals experiencing personal, mental health or workplace challenges
• Facilitating wellbeing workshops, presentations and toolbox talks
• Delivering programs focused on resilience, stress management, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and workplace wellbeing
• Developing support plans and coordinating referrals where appropriate
• Collaborating with employees, managers and organisational stakeholders
• Working alongside Axis Injury Prevention Specialists and our multidisciplinary team to provide integrated workplace wellbeing solutions

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from Psychologists who have:

• Current general AHPRA registration as a psychologist
• Experience in counselling, coaching, mental health support or brief intervention services
• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills
• A passion for workplace wellbeing and early intervention
• The ability to work autonomously across a variety of workplace environments
• A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• Full Australian working rights
