Axis is looking for an engaging and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Melbourne team, delivering onsite occupational rehabilitation, early intervention and musculoskeletal physiotherapy services in West Melbourne workplaces. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who wants variety, flexibility and meaningful work that helps employees stay safe, healthy and performing at their best.

You will work onsite across a range of organisations, partnering with employees, leaders and health and safety teams to prevent, manage and reduce workplace injuries. This is physiotherapy with impact; less time confined to a treatment room and more time on the floor, using your clinical reasoning and communication skills to create safer, healthier workplaces.

Shift times - Let us know your shift preference!

Options are: 4am -8am, OR 12.30pm–4.30pm OR 7.00pm–11.00pm, available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Sunday. 

In this role, you will:

• Deliver onsite physiotherapy and workplace rehabilitation services that make a genuine difference.
• Lead early intervention, injury prevention and workplace wellbeing initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with employees, leaders and customers to achieve positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with a supportive national team that values quality, care and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen Axis’ reputation as a trusted leader in workplace health, rehabilitation and injury management.

What you’ll bring:

• At least  2 years physiotherapy experience in musculoskeletal, private practice or occupational health settings.
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy and AHPRA registration.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle for workplace visits.
